I was gonna try and explain it but after doing some research found out I was a little off base, so here ya go, Bowl History. That should explain it or confuse the hell out of ya. *heh*
The Rose Bowl is a football stadium in Pasadena California and this year University of Southern California, ranked #1 in the country, played against my University of Texas Longhorns, ranked #2. My Longhorns won it and became the 2005 National Champs! YAY! We Texans have a lot of pride in our Longhorns and this made 2005 go out great even though the rest of the year was crummy..*LOL* Hope I didnt confuse the hell out of ya :)
